My name is Andrew Carey. (I'm not the journalist son of a former Archbishop of Canterbury, nor a Hollywood actor, nor an unpopular English cricketer, nor a good photographer, though people who share my name have all these attributes).

I live in West Dorset.

I work as part of the publishing team at Triarchy Press and Cambridge Strategy Publications, as well as being a practising psychotherapist and the public face of Publishers Direct - which is a small business that helps people read, write and publish things.

I have written conventional books like Inside Project Red Stripe, unconventional e-novels like Vox Dei (the other 6 parts are also online at Scribd), newsletters like this on Social Media, How-to guides, pamphlets like this on strategy auditing, accounts like this of a drift with Phil Smith and this of a movement session, and programmes, websites and audio files to accompany remarkable performances.

I have edited and published countless books, newsletters and journals. I have created websites like this one on Mythogeography and this one on Systemic Leadership and helped to create a wonderful game called On Q.

My interests include Systems Thinking, beekeeping, creativity and innovation, mountain-climbing, international direct mail, Transactional Analysis, drifting, Move into Life movement, Bulgaria, Corsica and the fields immediately around my home.

I have a network that includes list brokers, advertising agencies, mailing houses and lettershops, book designers, media buyers, web designers, sound artists, media producers and directors... Between us, we can probably do just about anything you need doing.
