Triarchy Press (the publishing firm I'm a part of) has recently published the definitive book on the effect of social media on the 21st century workplace.

Both at Triarchy and in my personal and professional life, I'm actively engaged in creating, writing and managing Facebook, blog, Twitter and other digital 'presences' for people, companies, books and ideas.

None of that makes me an 'expert', but it might be useful to:
  • talk to me before you start
